Design Consultations:

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the sustainability of our practice:

• 100% refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the appointment.
• 50% refund if canceled 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.
• No refund if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment or in case of a no-show.
